8 Steps to Request Zakat
1. Submit Zakat Request
Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information and attach all required documents as specified, and then submit the zakat request.
2. Document Verification
Staff will verify the application form and supporting documents, and then notify the verification result and schedule an appointment for applicant screening in the status tracking system.
3. Applicant Screening
Staff will conduct a field visit to screen the applicant at the scheduled time, and then notify the screening result in the status tracking system.
4. Application Approval
The zakat organization's application approval committee will review and approve the application, and then notify the approval result and schedule a zakat delivery appointment in the status tracking system.
5. Zakat Distribution
Staff will conduct a field visit to distribute the zakat at the scheduled time, and then notify the delivery result in the status tracking system.
6. Zakat Receipt Confirmation
Zakat recipients must provide accurate and truthful confirmation information and attach all required documents as specified, and then confirm receipt of zakat in the confirmation system.
7. Monitoring
Staff will schedule and conduct at least one monitoring field visit, except for career development welfare which requires monthly monitoring throughout a 1-year period. The monitoring result will be notified in the status tracking system after each visit.
8. Evaluation
Once all monitoring is completed, staff will evaluate the status of the zakat recipient, and then notify the evaluation result in the status tracking system.
